PLANT MANAGER

We are looking for someone who directs day-to-day maintenance operations for one construction materials plant site plus several smaller plant areas. The primary function includes responsibility for effective maintenance and repair programs, equipment safety programs, and equipment/machinery utilization.
المسؤوليات
- Responsibility for effective maintenance and repair programs and equipment safety programs
- Acting as technical advisor on all production equipment issues
- Recommendation of improvement in maintenance processes and techniques
- Scheduling and coordination of maintenance activities
- Review and monitoring work orders to ensure timely performance and quality of work
- Maintenance of spare parts and purchase management of materials and supplies
- System check on plant systems and equipment
- Approval of personnel actions, promoting harmonious labor-management relationship
المؤهلات
- Technical background with knowledge/experience of equipment operations, maintenance and repair
- Significant experience required
- Good command of both written and verbal English and Arabic
