As part of the Qiddiya City development, this role leads a team to optimize the performance of residential assets and manage a multiple broker network strategy.

- Lead team to optimize asset performance
- Prepare Multiple broker network strategy
- Achieving optimum financial and revenue performance for Residential assets
- Developing and implementing the Asset Management Framework
- Oversee all Residential Leasing activities and portfolio reporting
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in Residential real estate leasing marketing and sales
- 5+ years in a leadership position
- Experience in MENA region is highly desirable
