The Talent Acquisition partner will play a vital role in the Talent Acquisition function, partnering with the business and HR leaders to provide technical expertise and solutions to current and future challenges. This role is contributing to the Talent Acquisition Function based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.
المسؤوليات
- Leading and executing the end‑to‑end Talent Acquisition strategy across assigned functions and geographies
- Acting as a trusted advisor and speaking partner to business stakeholders
- Driving continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition processes, tools, and service delivery
- Developing and implementing country/cluster‑specific Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding initiatives
- Overseeing service delivery performance in line with SLAs and managing vendor relationships
- Owning financial planning and budget management for Talent Acquisition
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any stream
- Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in full recruitment life cycle
- Knowledge of business environment and structure
- Demonstrated success with various recruiting strategies and platforms
- Fluency in English
