We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin cum Project Coordinator to provide administrative and project coordination support across multiple projects.
المسؤوليات
- Handle day-to-day office administration and clerical activities
- Maintain records, files, and databases related to projects
- Prepare correspondence, emails, letters, and reports
- Assist Project Managers in planning and tracking project activities
- Coordinate between site teams, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors
- Maintain project documentation (drawings, BOQs, invoices)
- Track material requests and delivery schedules
- Schedule meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM)
- Coordinate authority submissions and approvals
المؤهلات
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in an admin or project coordination in the same field
- Experience in construction / ELV / MEP projects is an advantage
- UAE experiences needed
