Senior Manager, Emiratization ( UAE National )

As we continue to build upon our successes, we are looking for ambitious individuals who are passionate about the banking and finance industry and the markets in which CBD operates. This position plays a key role in driving, monitoring and improving the Bank’s Emiratization metrics both qualitatively and quantitatively.
المسؤوليات
- Develop and execute the Emiratization strategy and action plan
- Monitor and report on the progress and performance of Emiratization initiatives
- Identify and attract qualified and talented Emirati candidates
- Manage all career fair activities and university relationships
- Manage graduate hiring plans including sourcing and assessment centers
- Source and maintain a solid pipeline of UAEN talent
- Utilize job portals and internal talent pools for sourcing
- Advocate and champion the Emiratization agenda within the Bank
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies and educational institutions
- Present at HRC/EXCO meetings on UAEN activities and statistics
- Research and benchmark best practices in Emiratization
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- HR professional qualification is desirable
- Minimum 6-8 years of work experience, banking sector is preferred
- Understanding of recruitment practices and UAEN CB UAE points methodology is advantageous
