The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and development of HR policies. The role also involves ensuring the company’s HR practices align with organizational goals and legal requirements.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Provide guidance to management on employee relations, performance issues, and conflict resolution
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll administration
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies
  • Lead employee training and development programs
  • Administer employee performance appraisal systems
  • Maintain and update HR records
  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations
