Customer Service Representative - Business Banking (Emirati)

This role focuses on providing quality transactional services to Business Banking clients. You will manage back-office issues, identify client needs, and refer customers to other associates to promote usage of bank products.
المسؤوليات
- Respond to Business Banking client needs
- Ensure timely and quality completion of client transactions
- Provide product and service information/advice
- Manage efficient paper-flow and procedures
- Contact clients for missing documents
- Address customer problems and complaints
- Refer issues beyond role limit to appropriate reference points
المؤهلات
- At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- UAE National (mandatory)
