This role focuses on providing quality transactional services to Business Banking clients. You will manage back-office issues, identify client needs, and refer customers to other associates to promote usage of bank products.

المسؤوليات

  • Respond to Business Banking client needs
  • Ensure timely and quality completion of client transactions
  • Provide product and service information/advice
  • Manage efficient paper-flow and procedures
  • Contact clients for missing documents
  • Address customer problems and complaints
  • Refer issues beyond role limit to appropriate reference points

المؤهلات

  • At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • UAE National (mandatory)
