Regional Sales Managers (2 Roles) – Packaging Films & PET Preforms/Cups

ENPI Group is hiring two Regional Sales Managers. One for Packaging & Plastic Films focusing on barrier films, lamination, and shrink films; and another for PET Preforms, Closures & Cup Forming focusing on rigid packaging. Both roles focus on achieving revenue targets and driving regional growth in UAE, KSA, and the MEA region.
المسؤوليات
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Prepare and manage annual sales budgets
- Coordinate with Procurement and Operations for raw material and production planning
- Follow up on outstanding receivables and ensure timely collection
- Train and develop the sales team on product structures and applications
- Lead pricing negotiations
- Perform market analysis to identify new opportunities
المؤهلات
- 8–10 years’ experience managing regional sales within the rigid and flexible packaging industry
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration
- Fluent in Arabic and English languages
