Patient Care Coordinator (Qatar)

Support and manage Patient Support Programs by assisting patients through their treatment journey, removing barriers to care, and ensuring compliance and quality support in collaboration with healthcare providers.
المسؤوليات
- Manage Patient Support Program(s) by liaising with stakeholders
- Maintain accurate patient files
- Educate and coordinate with patients for enrollment
- Accompany team members on visits to healthcare providers
- Ensure efficient medication delivery to patients
- Report adverse events in line with SOPPs
المؤهلات
- Degree or Diploma in any medical background or social work is ideal
- 0-1 year of working experience in a healthcare field or NGO is ideal
- Experience in customer service management
- Flexibility in working hours and ability to travel frequently
