Azadea is seeking a Department Manager to ensure customers are served in a timely manner according to service standards. The manager oversees daily department meetings, conducts on-the-job training for staff, and controls product merchandising to optimize sales. The role requires continuous monitoring of stock levels and managing the department staff through goal setting and performance management.

- Greet customers and ensure they are served in a timely manner
- Ensure proper implementation of company policies and procedures
- Run daily Department meetings
- Conduct on-the-job training, demonstration and instruction for employees
- Control merchandising of products to optimize sales
- Monitor stock levels and maintain inventories
- Manage Department staff by setting goals and managing performance
- Plan and prepare team schedule (Multimedia)
- Enforce up-selling and cross-selling (Multimedia)
- Conduct performance appraisals (Multimedia)
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of experience in a managerial role
- 3 years of experience in retail
- Strong knowledge and understanding of shop operating procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluency in English
- Strong product knowledge across all departments
