QA/QC role in Oil & Gas ensures all operations, materials, and equipment meet strict industry codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
المسؤوليات
- Develop and implement Project Quality Plans (PQPs) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)
- Conduct site inspections for welding, piping, and structural work
- Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Corrective Action Requests (CARs)
- Ensure adherence to codes (API, ASME) and standards (ISO 9001)
- Verify material certificates and welder qualifications
المؤهلات
- Engineering degree or relevant technical qualification
- Experience in oil & gas construction or operations
- Knowledge of industry codes (API, NACE) and standards (ISO)
- Certifications like ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or NDT training (preferred)
