Clinical Analyst

Auxilius is a fast-growing, venture-backed B2B SaaS company transforming how innovative biotechs operate. We are seeking a Clinical Analyst to join our Operations team to ensure accurate and actionable clinical and operational data for clients.
المسؤوليات
- Support accounting workflows by configuring clinical data in the Auxilius platform
- Support client onboarding, enablement, and training focused on clinical cost tracking and budgeting
- Perform QA/QC audits of clinical trial financial data to ensure accuracy and alignment with trial activity
- Analyze discrepancies and identify root causes across clinical and financial data
- Investigate and resolve client issues related to clinical accounting data
- Clearly communicate findings, corrections, and outcomes to clients
- Support product testing for clinical accounting features
- Translate client feedback and workflow gaps into actionable product roadmap input
- Ensure compliance with client-specific controls, policies, and clinical accounting requirements
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, or related field
- 2+ years in clinical operations, biotech, or related fields (startup experience preferred)
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency with Excel; familiarity with clinical or operational software a plus
- Detail-oriented with a process-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Collaborative, positive attitude with a sense of humor
