WAY Real Estate is looking for an energetic and results-driven Recruiter to join our fast-growing real estate team in Dubai.
المسؤوليات
- Source and recruit qualified candidates (Real estate brokers and Marketing roles)
- Use multiple recruitment channels (Facebook Ads, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules with management
- Maintain candidate database and CRM system
- Ensure smooth onboarding process for new employees
- Meet and exceed monthly hiring targets
المؤهلات
- Proven recruitment experience in Dubai
- Strong experience recruiting real estate brokers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with CRM systems and online recruitment platforms
- Fluency in English
