The First Group Hospitality is seeking an HR Intern to assist with joining formalities, orientation, employee database management, and administrative support. The role involves working with confidential data and serving as a link between management and employees.
المسؤوليات
- Handling joining formalities and conducting new employee orientation
- Handling Exit-interviews and coordinating with ex-employees
- Maintaining employee database in soft form and physical files
- Recording new hires, transfers, and terminations
- Assisting in the set-up of new offices in the region
- Training admins from other departments on HR processes
المؤهلات
- Human Resources administration experience of minimum 3 years
- Excellent verbal & written communication in English
- Experience of producing accurate contractual documentation
- Knowledge of general office practices and procedures
- Knowledge of general IT systems including spreadsheets and databases
