Lead company-wide Building Information Modelling (BIM) strategy, implementing and managing BIM processes across residential, commercial, and industrial turnkey design-build projects.
المسؤوليات
- Develop, implement, and enforce company-wide BIM standards
- Lead and manage BIM process from design to project handover
- Oversee and mentor a team of BIM coordinators and technicians
- Manage and coordinate clash detection and resolution processes
- Conduct regular model audits and quality checks
المؤهلات
- Proven experience in a BIM management role within construction or engineering
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- Expert proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
- Understanding of international BIM standards such as ISO 19650
