Project Management Office (PMO) Manager / Director
وصف الوظيفة
Lead end-to-end delivery of finance, banking, and fintech projects. Embed project management methodologies into the corporate structure and manage high-performing project teams. This role coordinates technology, product development and regulation-driven initiatives.
المسؤوليات
- Establish and improve a scalable PMO structure
- Manage project portfolio governance and prioritization
- Ensure strategic projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Coordinate between product development and technology teams
- Lead risk, change, and stakeholder management
- Report KPIs and performance metrics to senior management
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering
- Minimum 8 years of Project Management experience
- Experience in finance, banking, or fintech industries
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Advanced level of English
