- Review and structure existing distributor return policies
- Map the end-to-end distributor return workflow
- Identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Benchmark distributor return practices across relevant sectors
- Develop data-backed insights and recommendations
- Prepare a final presentation summarizing findings
المؤهلات
- MBA or MSc students or recent graduates in Strategy, Industrial Engineering, or similar
- Strong desktop research and analytical capabilities
- Ability to synthesize information across multiple geographies
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
- Interest in industrial technologies and policy frameworks
