The Group CEO – National Strategic Assets & Privatization will serve as the visionary leader responsible for overseeing and driving the strategic direction of national assets while maximizing opportunities for privatization within the organization.
المسؤوليات
- Develop a strategic roadmap for management and privatization of assets
- Lead assessments of national assets for privatization opportunities
- Engage with government officials to secure support for initiatives
- Oversee privatization plans including financial modeling and market analysis
- Champion public-private partnerships
- Provide guidance to board of directors on performance metrics
- Cultivate a high-performance culture across diverse units
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal frameworks
- Serve as the primary spokesperson for privatization issues
المؤهلات
- A minimum of 15 years of executive leadership experience
- Proven track record in public policy, asset management, or privatization initiatives
