Assists Director of Sales and Marketing to establish sales plan and budget to reflect the company’s and the hotel’s goals and objectives. Provides leadership in the areas of Sales and works closely with other department heads to manage an efficient and effective sale and marketing plan for the hotel. Establishes rate structures, creates sales campaigns, and conducts market analysis to devise strategies for generating new business. Analyzes sales results and recommends ways to improve performance. Represents the brand and its values at all times.

- Furnish sales monthly reports
- Achieve budgeted room night quotas and average rates
- Appraise performance of Sales managers
- Manage department manpower
المؤهلات
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management or relevant discipline
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a 5-star class environment
