Establishing and growing the Advisory business in the UAE covering service lines including CX & Innovation, Operational Transformation, and Sustainability. The role is required to 10X advisory services in the UAE.
المسؤوليات
- Lead the Advisory function including strategy and solution development
- Accountable for UAE advisory strategy and business development
- Develop annual plans for contracts to meet business targets
- Ensure financial management to achieve profit and cash targets
- Represent Serco when meeting with customers and stakeholders
المؤهلات
- Minimum of 20 years experience at a senior management level in advisory
- At least 5 years experience in a GCC regional Head of Advisory role
- Own network of relationships and clients aligned with services
