Project Accountant - Fluent English

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Accountant to support Project Managers and leadership teams across large-scale construction projects. This role focuses on project billing, job cost tracking, subcontract and vendor invoice review, financial reporting, and cost forecasting to ensure projects remain financially accurate, compliant, and profitable. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-driven, and comfortable working closely with project teams, subcontractors, and executive leadership in a fast-paced construction environment.
المسؤوليات
- Manage project-specific billing, including preparation of detailed customer invoices and tracking contract values
- Maintain and reconcile project cost reports, ensuring accurate job cost projections
- Review and code subcontractor and vendor invoices
- Process and track subcontract agreements and purchase orders
- Collaborate with Project Managers to support accurate cost-to-complete forecasts and budget tracking
- Prepare monthly financial reports and participate in project review meetings
- Serve as a liaison between project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and accounting
- Assist with audit requests and client-required reporting
المؤهلات
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent construction accounting experience)
- 3+ years of project accounting experience in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of job cost accounting, contract billing, and construction financial controls
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, advanced formulas)
- Experience using Spectrum ERP or other construction accounting or financial systems (Preferred)
- Familiarity with subcontract agreements, purchase orders, change orders, and lien waivers (Preferred)
