Boutique Operations Executive

As a Shop Operations Executive for MARLI New York, you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of our boutique. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing all back-end functions, allowing the sales team to focus on providing an exceptional client experience.
المسؤوليات
- Conduct daily and monthly stock takes
- Manage incoming and outgoing stock (receiving, tagging, organizing)
- Process and track inter-store transfers, consignments, and returns
- Handle petty cash and manage daily cash reconciliation
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports
- Act as primary point of contact for external vendors and suppliers
- Manage logistics for repairs and after-sales service
- Adhere to strict security protocols for high-value merchandise
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance
- Coordinate logistics of product shipments for clients
المؤهلات
- University degree, preferably in Accounting
- 2-3 years of luxury retail experience
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Advanced Excel mandatory
