Strong understanding of UAE mortgage credit policy, bank matrices, and approval logic. High-output environment where clean execution is valued.
المسؤوليات
- Take full ownership of mortgage cases from post-lead to post-disbursement
- Prepare, review, and submit clean, bank-ready applications
- Daily follow-ups with banks, valuers, trustees, developers, and registration offices
- Identify bottlenecks early—credit objections, valuation gaps, DTI/LTV breaches
- Track offer letters, fee payments, and final releases
المؤهلات
- Minimum 3 years UAE mortgage credit / coordination experience
- Strong working knowledge of DTI, LTV, Central Bank guidelines, EIBOR-linked products
