CMA-registrable senior executive role (equivalent to CEO/General Manager) overseeing day-to-day operations and acting as primary liaison with the CMA.
المسؤوليات
- Develop and execute the market entry plan
- Lead company setup and obtain CMA licenses
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
- Lead hiring and development of the local team
- Ensure adherence to CMA regulations and client protection principles
- Oversee risk management frameworks and AML/CTF procedures
- Act as primary liaison with the CMA
المؤهلات
- Proven senior leadership experience in fintech/wealth-tech
- Deep knowledge of CMA regulations
- Relevant degree (e.g., MBA, finance/law)
- English fluency; Arabic is a must
