Quantity Surveyor (Jr. and Sr. roles)

We are seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in the construction and building industry. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play an essential role in managing costs and ensuring the financial success of our projects in Dubai.
المسؤوليات
- Review specifications, drawings, BOQ, and soil reports
- Get quotations from vendors and negotiate prices
- Prepare BOQ, cost estimates, and contract documents
- Manage variations, claims, interim payments, and cost control
- Review subcontractor invoices and perform site measurement
- Assist procurement with material cost benchmarking
- Ensure compliance with FIDIC 1987 and 1999 contracts
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
- Jr. QS - at least 2 years UAE experience; QS - at least 5 years; Sr. QS - at least 8+ years
