This role owns day-to-day operational excellence, financial controls, and operational resilience for AX Coin EMEA. The Head of Operations & Finance ensures that AX Coin’s stablecoin issuance, payments, and settlement operations run with precision, transparency, and regulatory readiness.

المسؤوليات

  • Oversee daily operations and transaction processing
  • Own reconciliations across on-chain and off-chain systems
  • Manage financial reporting, controls, and operational dashboards
  • Implement and monitor operational risk controls
  • Manage vendors and local financial administration
  • Support internal and external audits

المؤهلات

  • 6–12+ years in operations, finance, or controls roles within financial services
  • Experience operating in regulated financial environments preferred
