What You’ll Learn & Do: Support the sales team in lead qualification and early-stage prospect engagement. Learn how to contact potential customers via phone calls and emails. Assist in asking basic qualification questions to understand customer needs and fit. Help collect, document, and organize prospect information accurately. Support updating lead details, call notes, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Assist in sending follow-up emails and re-contacting leads when needed. Learn how to nurture leads that are not yet ready to move forward. Support scheduling meetings or demos for senior sales consultants. Observe and learn how qualified leads are handed over with proper context. Gain hands-on exposure to sales processes, pipelines, and customer engagement best practices.
