Hogar Properties is a fast-growing real estate brokerage in Dubai specializing in premium residential and investment properties. We are seeking an accomplished Senior Property Executive to join our high-performance sales team. You will act as a trusted advisor to buyers and investors while contributing to team performance through mentorship.
المسؤوليات
- Manage and close high-value residential, off-plan, and investment property transactions
- Advise local and international clients with strategic, market-driven property solutions
- Source, qualify, and convert high-quality leads
- Conduct property tours, site visits, and investor presentations
- Negotiate complex deals and close transactions
- Build long-term client relationships
- Support junior consultants through guidance and market insights
- Represent Hogar Properties at developer launches and exhibitions
المؤهلات
- Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in UAE real estate sales
- Strong closing record with premium or off-plan properties
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client advisory skills
- Deep understanding of Dubai’s real estate regulations
- Fluent in English
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
