Deputy Regional Finance Manager - Middle East, Horn of Africa & East Africa

Pacific International Lines (PIL) is looking for proactive individuals to drive innovation and sustainable shipping solutions. We are seeking a Deputy Regional Finance Manager (MARO) to support the Regional Head of Finance (MARO) in overseeing agencies across the region. You will serve as a strong business partner to the Regional Head of Finance (MARO), while also supporting the Group Finance team in global transformation initiatives and leading local strategy development.

- Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of financial records maintained by agencies
- Monitor financial performance and drive improvement actions
- Lead agencies in developing annual budgets and forecasts
- Ensure agencies establish and maintain effective internal controls
- Lead initiatives to standardize financial processes
- Oversee cash management activities
المؤهلات
- Degree or Diploma in Finance, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant regional experience in a global organization
- Proven leadership and people management experience
