The Wood Factory Supervisor oversees daily operations within a wood processing facility, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
المسؤوليات
- Plan, schedule, and prioritize daily work orders
- Supervise, coach, and evaluate a crew of 10-30 employees
- Perform routine inspections of raw materials and finished goods
- Enforce safety protocols and proper use of PPE
- Oversee operation of saws, planers, CNC routers, and presses
- Manage inventory of lumber, veneers, and adhesives
المؤهلات
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 3–5 years in wood manufacturing
- At least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role
- Familiarity with wood-processing equipment (band saws, CNC routers, etc.)
- Understanding of OSHA regulations
