Recruitment Specialist

The Recruiter will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support Branford Real Estate’s business growth. The role requires strong knowledge of real estate industry hiring practices, excellent networking skills, and the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process efficiently.
المسؤوليات
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking events, referrals, and headhunting
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Manage job postings on internal and external platforms
- Conduct reference checks and coordinate with HR for offer letters and onboarding
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Build strong relationships with candidates
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of recruitment experience (real estate industry experience is mandate)
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and recruitment practices
