Coordinator - Power System Study

Experience in a Power system studies for Substations and grid integration studies for Renewable Power Plants. Should have hands-on experience working on software like PSCAD, PSS/E, ETAP, DigSILENT. Role includes experience in performing short circuit analysis, insulation coordination studies, and arc flash analysis as per international standards.
المسؤوليات
- Perform grid integration studies like Transient and Steady state stability studies
- Conduct voltage stability, harmonic, and power quality studies
- Perform short circuit analysis and sizing the switchgear
- Conduct Insulation coordination studies and arc flash analysis
- Identify reactive power elements required for RES capacity addition plans
- Verify grid code compliance before energization of power plants
- Provide optimization possibilities along with compliance to Grid code requirements
المؤهلات
- Profound knowledge about renewable generation (Solar PV inverters, wind energy systems), HVDC, FACTS
- Hands-on experience with PSCAD, PSS/E, ETAP, DigSILENT
- Familiarity with IEC, IEEE, DEP and other industrial standards
- Good knowledge and interpretation of Grid codes (Middle East preferred)
