We operate in the Insurance / Insurtech sector delivering claims administration and risk-management solutions across Canada. We are building a remote-first team that supports efficient, compliant, and customer-centric claims workflows—leveraging modern claims platforms and data-driven processes to reduce cycle times and improve outcomes.
المسؤوليات
- Manage end-to-end claims lifecycle: intake, triage, investigation, adjudication, payment, and closure
- Accurately assess policy coverage and calculate reserves, payments, and recoveries
- Coordinate with claimants, service providers, medical vendors, and adjusters
- Support subrogation, recoveries, and fraud referrals
- Maintain detailed, audit-ready claim files in the management system
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
المؤهلات
- Proven experience handling insurance claims and adjudication in a commercial or personal lines environment
- Hands-on use of claims management systems
- Strong working knowledge of provincial insurance regulations and claims compliance requirements in Canada
- Demonstrable subrogation and recoveries experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for reporting and data validation
- Comfortable working remotely
