Mandarin Oriental Muscat is looking for a Hostess to join our Food and Beverage team. Responsible for welcoming and escorting patrons with the overall objective to delight and satisfy each and every guest.

- Display proper and professional phone etiquette
- Take reservations by phone, email, and internet applications
- Welcome and escort patrons to their tables
- Ensure accuracy and cleanliness of all menus
- Recommend and up-sell initial beverage offerings
- Perform billing and cashiering tasks if required
- Handle guest complaints or refer them to management
- Gather and record guest preferences
