Admin Assistant / Document Controller

Responsible for supporting company operations through strict document control, administrative coordination, and employee welfare supervision. This position requires high levels of confidentiality, accuracy, and accountability.
المسؤوليات
- Implement and maintain company-approved document control systems
- Ensure accurate filing, indexing, and version control of project documents
- Provide structured administrative support to management
- Maintain official records and correspondence
- Monitor and report on employee welfare conditions in accommodation
- Enter data into Odoo ERP system accurately
- Coordinate meetings and management calendars
المؤهلات
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in document control and administration
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
