Responsible for supporting company operations through strict document control, administrative coordination, and employee welfare supervision. This position requires high levels of confidentiality, accuracy, and accountability.

المسؤوليات

  • Implement and maintain company-approved document control systems
  • Ensure accurate filing, indexing, and version control of project documents
  • Provide structured administrative support to management
  • Maintain official records and correspondence
  • Monitor and report on employee welfare conditions in accommodation
  • Enter data into Odoo ERP system accurately
  • Coordinate meetings and management calendars

المؤهلات

  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in document control and administration
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
