As a Retail & F&B Commercial Consultant, you'll advise landlords, developers, brands, restaurateurs and investors on leasing and acquisition strategies. This is a commission-based role, ideal for someone financially ready to take control of their earnings.
المسؤوليات
- Leasing and selling retail and F&B units across malls, high streets and mixed-use assets
- Working closely with restaurant groups, café brands, franchises and retail operators
- Advising clients on footfall, positioning, unit selection, rental strategy and market trends
- Building long-term relationships with landlords, developers and business owners
- Negotiating commercial terms and closing high-value transactions
المؤهلات
- Valid UAE driving license (or ability to convert one)
- Fluency in English
- Retail and/or F&B leasing experience is highly desirable
