  • Manage day-to-day office administrative tasks and operations
  • Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and document management
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings
  • Maintain organized filing systems
  • Support management with reports and documentation
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and external parties
  • Assist with maintaining company licenses
  • Ensure office policies and procedures are followed

المؤهلات

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
