New Methods Real Estate is seeking an experienced Director of Real Estate to lead and manage company-wide operations across Qatar. This senior role will oversee all real estate activities, including sales, leasing, valuation, and related transactions under our licensed operations.

- Develop strategic initiatives for the real estate portfolio
- Ensure compliance with licensed operations and local regulations
المؤهلات
- Minimum 5+ years experience in real estate sector
- Relevant real estate qualifications
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid Qatar driving license and own car
- NOC with transferrable visa
- Eligible to apply for a real estate license
