We are looking for an experienced Senior CRM Support Specialist responsible for the operation, maintenance, and optimization of CRM systems. You will provide expert-level support, monitor system performance, and troubleshoot issues.

- Monitor system performance and resolve application errors
- Manage user requests through ticketing systems
- Perform regular audits and data quality checks
- Document system configurations and support processes
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in CRM system administration and support
