Windows Administrator for Qatar

VAM SYSTEMS is looking for a Windows Administrator for our Qatar operations. The selected candidate will join VAM SYSTEMS – Qatar and be deputed to a leading Bank in Qatar. The role involves day-to-day administration of Microsoft windows servers, monitoring critical servers like Exchange, Blackberry, and Domain Controllers, and troubleshooting infrastructure related issues.
المسؤوليات
- Day to Day administration of Microsoft windows servers
- Monitor critical servers (Exchange, Blackberry, Domain Controllers, MOSS) for health, disk usage, and alerts
- Configure Blackberry devices for senior management and troubleshoot issues
- Configure Exchange Mailboxes and manage quotas/rights
- Perform periodic maintenance of servers including restarts and upgrades
- Assist application team with infrastructure related issues
- Provide server/application support to Helpdesk and Staff
- Installation of Windows on Physical Servers as needed
- Update windows patches and harden servers as per schedule
- Involve in project related activities for Microsoft Infrastructure
- Implement and test Disaster recovery solutions using Double Take
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5-10 years experience with solid hands on Microsoft technologies
- Experience in Systems Centre Orchestrator
- Excellent System Center skills along with AD, Exchange etc.
- Hands on experience with Windows Server OS 2003/2008 R2/2012, ISA 2006/TMG, WSUS, SCCM, Blackberry, Windows Clustering, and Powershell
