Sales Operations Specialist - Idaratech

Idaratech is hiring a Sales Operations Specialist responsible for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of sales operations by optimizing processes, supporting the sales team with tools and insights, and improving data quality and reporting.
المسؤوليات
- Manage and optimize the entire sales cycle within the CRM system
- Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Analyze sales team performance and recommend improvements
- Monitor and analyze KPIs including close rate and sales cycle speed
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams
- Manage sales tools and systems such as CRM and ERP
- Prepare quotations and contracts and follow up on approvals
- Train the sales team on best practices and effective use of systems
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or Information Systems
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or a similar role
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
