Remote Minnesota business paralegal position with a focus on agri-business. The paralegal will provide a high-level professional service by working on tasks and projects as assigned by the client, ensuring they are executed on time and to the highest level of quality.
المسؤوليات
- Drafting formation documents for LLCs, LLPs, LLLPs, and Corporations
- Prepare Operating Agreements and/or Partnership Agreements
- Drafting Meeting Minutes and Resolutions
- Filing formation documents with state agencies
- Drafting Employment Agreements or Independent Contractor Agreements
المؤهلات
- Paralegal experience handling business entity needs of 3+ years
- Reliable home internet and computer
