Execute forecast exception management, re-buying, and purchase order placement to support Canadian in-stock and inventory targets. Monitor inventory levels, safety stock, and replenishment signals within the planning and replenishment system. Maintain required product in-stock service levels. Track inventory, backorders, and at-risk SKUs, escalating issues, and proposing mitigation actions. Manage assortment execution, including new item set-up, discontinued items, substitutions, and system updates.

- Create, process, and maintain accurate purchase orders
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with supplier partners
- Review supplier performance (fill rate, service level, lead time)
- Assist with resolution of inbound discrepancies
- Support service level and supplier performance reporting
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, inventory management, or related roles
- Strong analytical, financial, and mathematical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office, with strong Excel skills
- Comfort working in ERP and supply chain planning systems; NetSuite experience a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
