Finance Director

Global Expansion, an independent subsidiary of Equus Software, is a global Employer of Record (EOR) service provider. We are looking for a focused, positive, and energetic Finance Director to join our global team. The Finance Director is a key leadership role within the organization and responsible for financial oversight of the business. You will lead the company's financial forecasting and reporting processes, ensure timely funding for payroll, and drive service excellence.
المسؤوليات
- Manage global finance team and oversee day-to-day functions (AP, AR, Payroll, Consolidation)
- Manage working capital and treasury functions
- Oversee delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Identify and implement departmental process improvements
- Monitor internal controls and ensure GAAP compliance
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to drive forecasting
- Develop and maintain financial models
- Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA preferred
- Experience in a fast-paced environment (Big Four or start-up)
- Proven ability to lead global teams in a remote environment
- Exceptional delivery skills and meeting financial reporting deadlines
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
