We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant cum Admin to manage accounting operations, administrative tasks, and customer follow-ups. The ideal candidate will have experience with Zoho and other accounting software, and be able to handle day-to-day office operations efficiently.

المسؤوليات

  • Maintain accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare financial reports, ledgers, and statements
  • Record daily transactions accurately
  • Assist with budgeting and reconciliation
  • Maintain expense reports and petty cash
  • Use Zoho accounting software for bookkeeping and reporting
  • Maintain employee attendance and timesheets
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and site visits
  • Handle office documentation and filing
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams
  • Assist HR with administrative support as required
  • Follow up with customers regarding invoices, payments, and services
  • Update customer records in the system
  • Ensure smooth office operations
  • Maintain professional communication with clients and colleagues
  • Support management with reporting and documentation

المؤهلات

  • Experience: Accountant cum Admin: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Language: English and Hindi (Required)
