Lead agile transformation and manage a team of Scrum Masters and Project Managers. Combines people leadership, agile coaching, and strategic oversight to drive continuous improvement in project and software delivery practices.
المسؤوليات
- Lead enterprise-level complex projects using agile methodologies
- Define project management processes and champion continuous improvement
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Scrum Masters and Project Managers
- Serve as an Agile Coach to teams, leaders, and stakeholders
- Establish and maintain agile governance frameworks and metrics
- Oversee multiple concurrent projects and programs
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) required
- 7+ years of experience in agile environments
- 3+ years of direct people management experience
