The sales specialist is responsible for the implementation of sales in the project entrusted to him in coordination with the project sales manager. Responsible for carrying out real estate sales and marketing operations in the field.

- Managing marketing and selling commercial and residential properties
- Ensure achievement of sales targets
- Carrying out promotion of residential and commercial units
- Collect information from competitors on prices and payment methods
- Build relationships with potential customers
- Follow-up and confirmation of payment operations
- Submit daily, monthly and annual sales reports
- Coordinating with customer experience and marketing departments
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's or Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing, or a related field
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in real estate development or sales
