GTE was established in 2018 and headquartered in The Netherlands. We are seeking No Pay No Cure Recruiters to attract and secure top-tier talent across a range of roles in our organization. As a freelancer, you’ll be compensated on a success basis, earning commissions for every candidate you place who gets hired.

- Source, screen, and assess candidates using innovative recruitment strategies.
- Present qualified candidates to the hiring team for consideration.
- Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Support candidates throughout the process to ensure a smooth experience.
- Maintain a clear pipeline and track progress for ongoing recruitment projects.
المؤهلات
- 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Thrive in a commission-based structure and motivated by results.
- Adept at sourcing talent through social media, job boards, and networking.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Can work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Resourceful, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional results.
