المسؤوليات
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
- Understand customer business objectives
- Identify and manage churn risks
- Identify growth and expansion opportunities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries
المؤهلات
- Fluent English (C1)
- Additional language: French or German (C1) for remote roles
- Previous experience in Customer Success, Account Management or Customer Service
