- Conduct daily follow up for external agencies’ activities
- Identify new improved alternatives for recovering debts
- Monitor performance against agreed objectives
- Educate customers on timely payments
- Review productivity reports for calls and promises
المؤهلات
- University graduate
- Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in collection field
